I have a 2014 Discovery 40E. The awning when attempting to retract will instead of retracting you will hear a click. When it wont retract by itself if I push up on the support arm then select retract it will retract. Another way I can usually get it to retract is to ensure it is all the way out and then select retract. Once it starts retracting it will continue until it is all of the way in. I am aware there is a resistor built into the system that stops the movement when there is resistances like fully retracted.

I have replaced the motor in the arm which did not fix the issue. I also replaced the controller and this also did not fix the issue.

What am I missing to fix this issue?
