On our 2014 35K the outdoor radio face is removable. I'd pop it off and see if it was just loose.or some debris behind it. Good Luck, Don

I had a lot of issues with my 2016 Bounder outside radio due to a water leak from the top seam of the metal door enclosure. The radio would intermittently quit until it dried out. Once I put silicone on the joint the problem went away. Fleetwood customer service sent me diagrams and fuse location. I recall an inline fuse on the back of the radio that I accessed from under the sink and right drawer.

OUR 2019 SOUTHWIND 35K OUTSIDE RADIO STOPPED WORKING BUT THE POWER CAME ON AND THE WOULD LIGHT UP THE FACE DISPLAY LIKE TI WAS WORKING BUT NO SOUND. THE P TRAP BROKE LOOSE WHEN WE POURED HOT WATER DOWN THE KITCHEN SINK AND SOAKED THE SINK FLOOR AND COULD HAVE SPRAYED WATER ON TOP OF THIS RADIO BECAUSE IT IS  IN THAT AREA. WE HAD TO ORDER ANOTHER RADIO FROM REV WHICH NOW WORKS GOOD. ANOTHER ISSUE IS THAT THIS RADIO HAS VERY LITTLE SUPPORT AND CAN BOUNCE UP AND DOWN WHILE TRAVELING ON ROUGH ROADS WHICH DOES NOT HELP , THERE IS A SIMPLE TRICK TO REMOVE THIS RADIO IF YOU NEED HELP. WE FIXED THE P TRAP UNDER THE SINK ALSO. GOOD LUCK.

If your outside radio is a BOSS brand there is a small reset hole on the front panel.  A simple press with a pen tip or paperclip will reset radio and get you back to use.

The fuse block under the dash is ford. The fuse locations are in the ford owners manual. It is a good idea to study them for future problems. Likely the fuse for your radio is in the coach fuse box, not the chassis.
